Erko Risthein

Hi,

My name is Erko, I’m 17 years old and I live in Estonia, just outside of Tallinn in a small place called Kiili. I live with my mother and my stepfather and I don’t have any brothers or sisters. We live in our own two-story house which we had built a few years ago and we also just took our first dog, she’s still a cute little puppy. :)

I’ve been studying at Tallinn Secondary Science School for the last 1,5 years or so. It is one of the top schools in the country, but despite its high academic level I’m generally a lazy student (homework is just too boring), but subjects like math and physics have always been naturally easy for me. I guess that’s why I got into this school in the first place. I’m not that great at languages (Russian!), but I feel pretty confident in English. I consider myself to be a social person and I communicate easily with people.

After school I’m attending driving school to get my driver’s license. In my free time I’m also taking acting classes with some of my classmates. But apart from that I like to travel (I’m going to the USA in February!) and just hang out with my friends and have party with them on Friday nights. I’m also fond of music and I like to shop (occasionally). I’m not really into sports.

I’m a bit into computers, too. I’m mostly a web developer, but I also program other kind of applications. I’m the webmaster of our class site.
